Customized Massage – Relax and rejuvenate with a massage customized to your body’s needs, complete with your choice of aromatherapy. Elements of deep tissue, Swedish, trigger point, and sports massage combine to soothe aching muscles and melt away tension.  Hot towels are included, as well as pain relief cream to soothe achy areas. Hot Stones can be added upon request.

Reflexology – Most of us spend uncounted hours on our feet and use our hands for everything, which can lead to discomfort and fatigue.  Increase energy, stimulate nerve function, and relieve pain with a reflexology massage. Includes a scrub of the chosen area for services 30 minutes or longer.

Scalp Massage – Daily stress can store itself in the scalp, leading to neck tension, headaches, and poor sleep.  Relax with a scalp massage, with hair-nourishing oil for added shine and moisture.

Scrubs – Exfoliation increases circulation and helps to detoxify the body, both of which increase healing.  Added to your
massage, you will also gain increased moisture and tone to the skin.

Dry Brushing - An ancient form of exfoliation, dry brushing can boost circulation, sweep away dead skin cells, stimulate the lymph nodes, improve digestion, decrease cellulite, and help the cells and body detox.

Express Spa Day - Includes a 60 minute customized massage plus full body scrub.   A great way to have a mini spa day with all the perks!

All services include 15 minutes for consultation, disrobing and redressing, and post massage questions and care.  This will not cut into your actual hands-on massage time.  All sessions will be the full length (i.e. 60-minute massage will be 60 minutes of hands-on work plus 15 minutes for a total of 75 minutes in office).
